HOME TECHNOLOGY & ENERGY ADVICE

# Home technology.
Planned around _your life._

Technology moves quickly.
We keep your build up to speed.

Someone on your team, looking ahead. We bring tomorrow’s connected-home possibilities into today’s decisions—alongside you, your architect and your builder.

THOUGHTFULLY PLANNED. BETTER TO LIVE IN.

Built around the way you live.

ConnectedComfortableEnergy awareReady for what’s next

01 / THE MISSING PIECE

## Someone needs to
see the _whole picture._

Your architect shapes the space. Your builder brings it to life. Specialist installers deliver the systems.

We help connect those decisions. From Wi-Fi and lighting to security and solar, we ask the questions that can easily fall between the trades—and follow the answers through.

[The right conversation, at the right stage](https://ontheteam.co.uk/#process)

A SMALL QUESTION.
A BIG DIFFERENCE.

> “Where will the camera go?”

Agree the view, cable route, power and installer.
Check it before the walls close.

02 / FIND YOUR STARTING POINT

## Today’s decisions.
Tomorrow’s possibilities.

Someone looking beyond the current build.
Choose your project or the decision
you want to explore.

03 / FROM PLANS TO EVERYDAY LIFE

## Before the walls close.
And after the keys arrive.

Join us early for the most options.
Already underway? We’ll start with
the decisions still ahead of you.

BEFORE DETAILED DESIGN

### Start with how you want to live.

We translate your routines, priorities and budget into a practical brief. Room by room, we identify the decisions your design team needs—and the options you want to keep open.

WHAT YOU TAKE AWAY

A home technology and energy brief, with clear priorities.

04 / THE SUPPORT YOU NEED

## A fresh pair of eyes.
Or part of the team.

Choose a focused review or ongoing
support. We agree the scope with you
before work begins.

A CLEAR STARTING POINT

### Project review

A focused look at your plans, priorities and upcoming decisions. Identify gaps and leave with a practical action list.

A PLAN FOR YOUR BUILD

### Home systems plan

A coordinated brief and infrastructure requirements for your design team and installers, with responsibilities made clear.

WITH YOU THROUGHOUT

### On the team

Ongoing coordination at agreed design meetings, build checkpoints and handover. Someone following the decisions through.

We advise, plan and coordinate. Appointed specialists carry out detailed engineering design, installation and certification.

EXPERIENCE FROM OUR OWN BUILD

## Our hindsight.
_Your head start._

I’m Lee, the person you’ll be dealing with. Our extensive townhouse self-build in 2017, and the connected home we’ve developed since, shape the questions I help you ask today.

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

## Before we start.

### When should we involve you?

Ideally while your plans are developing, before electrical and infrastructure decisions are fixed. If your build has already started, a project review can identify what’s still possible and what needs attention next.

### Will you work with our existing architect and builder?

Yes. The service is designed to work alongside your existing team. We agree who is responsible for each requirement and help coordinate the points where technology, energy and construction meet.

### Do we need a fully automated home?

No. The starting point is what will make your home better to live in. That might be dependable Wi-Fi and a few well-chosen controls. We can also plan infrastructure now so you have options later.

### Do you supply or install the equipment?

This service focuses on independent advice, planning and coordination. Specialist contractors provide equipment, installation and certification against the agreed brief.

YOUR HOME. YOUR PRIORITIES.

## Let’s get the right
people _on the team._

New build, major renovation, or plans taking shape.
Start with a conversation about your project.

A TIP FROM LEE

## Start with everyday life

> “I was deeply involved in our own build, and we still missed things. I bring that hindsight to your plans: asking how you want to live, what you might want later, and which decisions need a place on the drawings now.”
