# We’ve been on your

In 2017, we took on a large townhouse self-build. We went through the process from top to bottom—the decisions, the questions and the lessons you only learn by doing it yourself.

We made mistakes along the way. We came away with a clearer understanding of what we’d do differently, which questions we’d ask earlier and why the details behind the walls deserve attention before the work moves on.
